An Explanation of Security
To speed up the ordering process, you can pay by credit card.
When you submit a transaction on the Internet such as ordering a book from QRN,
it is "possible" but very unlikely that your message with your credit card number on it will be seen
by someone other than QRN. It is less likely than if someone was to copy your number
plus the expiration date when you next use your credit card at a restaurant.
However, to reduce that unlikely possibility to where it is impossible, we have our system set up to where you
can put the last four digits of your credit card number on a second message to us and submit it separately. Just
follow the instructions when entering your information. When you click on the submit button, you will receive a
"caution" message. Don't be concerned. That is why we have included the extra 2-part arrangement for
your protection. This second credit card "message" is being sent to a
1. different address
2. through a different route
3. on a different server
4. in a different city.
When you include your first name and last initial, we can get the two parts back together again.
If you would like to pay by check instead or by credit card to our Post Office Box, we will respond immedately
after receiving the ordering information.
Another option is to telephone our voice-mail at 352-373-2636 and leave the information on the recorder.
With either of the last two choices, here is what we need:
1. Your name
2. Name as shown on the credit card
3. Credit card number
4. Expiration date
5. Your mailing address
6. Your phone number in case we have questions
